In the event that you may get stuck in the setup, please take a screenshot of where in the app you are stuck. Have you had it charged for at least 8 hours before disconnecting the device from the charger?

On my original Ring Doorbell, you could see the internal red lights when it was detecting motion. Hardwired under power source just means that it is connected and shows it's connected to the power source from your internal chime kit. 3 - Push the reset button - the light stays solid white and will turn off after counting to 15 but I keep the button pushed until 20. Really frustrated and not getting much support! My Device Health page is actually kind of humorous, because it is saying the Power Source is Hardwired (it's battery connected) and the Solar Charger Status is connected (it's not).
Hey @SuperJ. If your device does not automatically reconnect, try completing a setup from scratch. After the reset, give the device a few minutes to reset fully and then try to set up the device again. If the Ring is spinning white, this means that your Doorbell …

If you continue to see this flashing white light on your Doorbell, ... You can ensure your Ring Doorbell is set up properly when the ring is glowing solid white.
